Procurement Calendars of the 'J.P. Waari & Co.': -
Interested parties/apprentices/ interns can apply at any working day out of the year for any project & funding procurement at our office, but upon completion of enrollment procedures all parties/ apprentices/ interns would allow to start official procurement in each Four Months season which starts yearly three (3) season calendars are as the followings:
- January to April (Spring session)
- May to August (Summer session)
- September to December (Fall session)
In all Government holidays the 'J.P. Waari & Co.' Office remains closed, Saturday is official weekend day and at Sunday our office starts from 12:30pm. (Exceptions may arise in requisite situations) In addition every year; January 28 and December 20, the 'J.P. Waari & Co.' officially commemorate "Ancestors Memorial Days". And at the 'Ancestors Memorial Days' all business operations works keeps closed, however the official commemorate programs activates and the commemorate functions are open for all interested participants, not mandatory for staffs and interns but mandatory for all the staffs (CEO, ED, Scientific Officers and others all workers of the J.P. Waari & Co.) to attain at the commemorate prayer programs of the days.
Four (4) steps procurement procedures at the 'J.P. Waari & Co.': -
Step 1. Letter of Intant
You shall write (official way of showing your interest to receive our service/s) a 'letter of intant' by which you shall show your official interest to receive (to buy) our service/s vide our affiliate consultnat/ advisors available internationally. find a list of our

Upon you submit the Letter of Intant, immediately (within 1 to 3 weeks or more times may required which will depends on your project and your submission) you would be issued an offer letter from any of our Consultant, Admin Office or Legal Department of the 'J.P. Waari & Co.'
Step 2. Receiving Offer Letter from the 'J.P. Waari & Co.'
Once you received the offer letter you will find everything elaborates in the letter, you shall simply follow instructions of your offer letter.
Step 3. Payment of Advisory/ Consultancy Fees
As per instructions of the Offer Letter you shall settle the Advisory/ Consultancy Fees
Step 4. Start/Completion of your procurement jobs/service/s
